Journey

In 2014, Malecki founded M & M Home Care, a leading home care agency specializing in high-quality, complex home care services for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents. That same year, he acquired McCall Case Management, now AICM – Michigan, and successfully integrated other small organizations that synergize with M & M Home Care. In 2020, the agency delivered over 170,000 hours of direct patient care services.

Career

Beyond the confines of traditional healthcare settings, Malecki’s commitment to service led him to become a firefighter and NREMT (National Registered Emergency Medical Technician) in 2020. His extensive training, coupled with quick thinking and a calm demeanor, has proven vital in saving numerous lives.
