Heather is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Southeastern School of Massage and Bodywork Therapy – Charlotte, NC in 2006.

With a wealth of experience, Heather specializes in prenatal, deep tissue, Swedish, Neuromuscular and hot stone massage, and loves having the versatility of providing a relaxing body scrub or wrap treatment.

Heather’s philosophy is that the more bodywork you receive, the better you are able to detect when you need attention on specific areas. “This helps the body and mind connect so we can truly appreciate how they affect one another. This can then empower us to more proactive in learning how to take care of ourselves.”

Heather loves walking expectant mothers through the massage experience, and helping them prepare for their upcoming delivery.
