Lindsey became a massage therapist because of her love and desire to help people heal. She found her passion for massage therapy after becoming a mother and seeing the profound impact massage had on her children’s well-being.

Lindsey is a Graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute – Southfield, MI and is a licensed Massage Therapist in the state of Michigan. Her favorite thing about massage therapy is having the ability to help people overcome ailments such as pain, anxiety and depression. Managing ailments such as these provide people with a sense of well-being and balance.

In 2021 she became certified in Modern Cupping Therapy, providing pain management for injury recovery, using negative pressure therapy and lymphatic drainage techniques. She is an Advanced MCT practitioner having completing training in therapeutic cupping for lymphatic drainage, pathology and scar tissue treatment, magnets and therapeutic cupping as well as cupping for spa applications.

Other specialties in her practice include Neuromuscular / Trigger point therapy, Deep tissue massage, Myofascial techniques, Swedish and Flowing bodywork, Prenatal massage, Hot stone therapy, Sports massage incorporating stretching and isometric release, Cranial and face massage to alleviate headache and TMJ dysfunction, as well as training in Thai massage.
