Connie attended Wayne State University and graduated from Irene’s Myomassology Institute – Southfield, MI in 2011. Connie specializes in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger point and Prenatal Massage Therapy.

No two sessions with Connie are ever the same. Each client is thoroughly assessed, and then the session is tailored to the individual needs. Connie believes that, “Massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention.”

Connie became a massage therapist because she felt these amazing effects from massage and I want to help others achieve optimal health.

Connie enjoys time with her family, hiking, camping, fishing, Indian food, and meditation.
