Her time at professional spa environments allowed her to refine her approach to skincare treatments while building lasting relationships with guests through attentive service and thoughtful recommendations.

Emily brings a fresh, modern approach to skincare, combining advanced treatment knowledge with a warm, personalized touch. Her experience includes customized facials, dermaplaning, lash lifts, brow laminations, full-body waxing, and holistic skincare treatments designed to deliver real results while creating a relaxing spa experience.
Throughout her career, Emily has trained with respected skincare lines including Dermalogica, Dr. Hauschka, Oxyverve, and Geneo. She has worked in both luxury spa and wellness environments, where she developed strong skills in skin analysis, product education, and client-focused care. In addition to her treatment expertise, Emily has hands-on experience managing scheduling, inventory, front desk operations, and social media marketing—giving her a well-rounded understanding of the spa industry from every angle.
Emily is a graduate of the Elevate Salon Institute in Royal Oak and is committed to continued growth within the esthetics field. She believes skincare should be both therapeutic and results-driven, and she takes pride in helping every client feel comfortable, confident, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
With over 20 years of customer service experience, Candace brings a warm, client-focused approach to her role as Spa Manager at Kneaded Relief Massage and Spa. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, mindfulness, and a genuine passion for the spa and wellness industry.
When she’s not at the spa, Candace enjoys spending quality time with her family, getting lost in a good book, and relaxing with her precious cat, Nala.

In addition to her esthetics expertise, Lauren plays an important leadership role within the Kneaded Relief team, helping ensure every client experience reflects the spa’s commitment to excellence, comfort, and personalized care. Her goal is simple: to help clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and genuinely cared for—inside and out.
Continuing that momentum, Kneaded Relief expanded again in 2024 with the opening of a second location in Livonia, Michigan and a third location in South Lyon in 2026.
