Stephanie Hawk serves as Director of Operations for Kneaded Relief Massage & Spa, supporting the people, processes and internal systems behind the guest experience. Her role brings together operational organization, human resources and direct collaboration with spa management.

A licensed cosmetologist since 1990, Stephanie brings a longstanding connection to the beauty and personal-care industry. That foundation offers a valuable perspective on the importance of professionalism, teamwork and the many details that shape a guest’s visit.
